SERVICE CHARTER

Dear Guests, here you can view the Service Charter of the Agriturismo Bosco Romagno.

This information will allow you to make the best use of the services we can offer you. The Management will be at your disposal for any further information on the Agriturismo's services and will also be able to provide you with further information on the surroundings, events and curiosities regarding the area. We wish you a pleasant stay.

-Check in from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm (if guests are unable to reach the property by the indicated time, they are asked to contact the management by telephone at the number indicated below)

-Reception hours from 8.00 am to 11.00 am and from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm (for emergencies outside these hours contact the management by telephone at the number indicated below)

- Internet “Wifi Bosco Romagno Guest”: ask for the code at reception

-Breakfast from 8:00 to 9:30 am

- Breakfast includes sweets, jams, honey, cereals, yogurt, butter, eggs, bread, rusks, fruit, milk, tea, coffee, cold cuts and cheeses.

- Daily cleaning of the room from 10:00 to 13:00 with linen change every 7 days (if guests are in the room during this period, or if the room is particularly messy, cleaning is carried out on the day next)

Air conditioning / heating,

only works with the windows closed (bedroom and bathroom)

- Check-out: before 10:00
